Store Manager

Job description
We are looking for a results driven retail store manager to be responsible for the overall store management. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background retail management. We are a fast paced and growing cannabis company eager to meet all eligible candidates.
Responsibilities

Actively train and monitor staff to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic, increase positive customer experiences, and optimize profitability
Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.
Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
MUST be familiar with all OLCC rules and regulations pertaining to the cannabis industry.
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards per company standards.
Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
Maintain live back stock of product using computer systems and SOPs in place.
Propose innovative ideas to increase the companies profitability (be a team player).
Conduct performance reviews to assess training needs of self and staff.
Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
Be a shining example of professional behaviors and high performance
Ensures staff is appropriately clocking in and out.
Correct and approve time cards.
Additional store manager duties as needed.
Directly will report to District Manager and District Trainer.
Report to HR and Payroll weekly and as needed for store needs.
Reports to Bookkeeping daily to monitor sales.

Proven successful experience as a retail manager.
Powerful leading skills.
Superior Customer Service and Management skills
Strong organizational skills
Experience with METRC and GrowFlow preferred but not required.
Concise communication and interpersonal skills
Familiar with labor laws (FMLA, OSHA, BOLI) a plus!
