Summary: The Labeling Operations Lead is responsible for managing material, product inspection, standard operating procedures, processing and inventory with specific focus on labeling of all products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
A successful candidate must be able to perform all duties satisfactorily

Maintains quality control over all products, and processes.
Use of software programs to accurately track all concentrates and necessary reporting of such.
Maintains client and vendor relationships to acquire material and distribution of finished product.
Responsible upholding all Company Standard Operating Procedures and Companies methods.
Use of systematic procedures within the process and is open to experimenting with new and alternative practices.
Coordinates the necessary equipment as well as coordinating maintenance of the equipment to properly perform all job duties.
Maintains a safe, clean work environment that meets Company, State and Local requirements.
Maintains inventory of all equipment and supplies, and orders additional materials as needed.
Schedule is based on the needs of the business and will include nights and weekends. Scheduling will be designed around events, production needs, staffing and facility needs for a typical 40 hour work week.

Education

High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
Background check required

Licenses and Certifications

Must have reliable transportation
Must have a valid state driver's license
Must meet all OMMA, OBNDD, state, and local requirements for employment
Must pass background check
Knowledge Excellent mathematic, language, and reasoning skills, computer skills preferred
Familiarity with manufacturing procedures preferred
Takes personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work, and achieves results with little oversight
Adapts to changing business needs, conditions, and work responsibilities
Diligently attends to details and pursues quality in accomplishing tasks
Displays an ongoing commitment to learning and self-improvement

Computer Skills
Microsoft Word efficiency and basic compuyer skills.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly
Ability to work standing or sitting in small areas for extended periods of time
